First Time Visitors

Thank you for checking out our website! We also hope you will check out our church sometime soon. We pray for our church to be a place where people experience the love and grace of God, grow in faith, establish life long friendships, find practical help for life, discover and use their spiritual gifts, and reach out to serve the world in the name of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to form disciples of Jesus Christ who learn to be like Jesus and do the things Jesus did, praying for God’s Kingdom to come and God’s will to be done in Waterville as it is in Heaven.

Welcome

If you are looking for church home, we hope you will consider becoming part of our community. Our prayer is that you will find a fellowship of believers in Christ where you can experience God’s amazing grace, worship the Lord, grow in faith, and serve your neighbor. Know that we are more concerned with how many people we send out our doors in service, than how many come in to our worship services.

Sunday Morning Worship

Presently, because of COVID-19, For the time being, we offer In-Person, Facebook live, YouTube, and a Parking lot Service each Sunday at 10:00 Am. In our Sunday morning schedule includes a 9:00 AM Traditional Service and a 10:45 Service. The Lord’s Supper is celebrated weekly at our Praise Service and on the first and third Sunday of the month in our Traditional Service. Come as you are, formal clothes, casual or in-between.

We also have a child friendly room that overlooks the sanctuary that allows you to see and hear the worship service while having a place for your younger children to play. We also have children’s tables, chairs, and coloring books to the back of the sanctuary. We encourage parents to sit with their children in this “Children’s Pray Area.” Children are invited to place their artwork in the offering and we will give them to older adults in the area!

New to Zion?

If you are new to Zion, we hope you are able to connect to people, as we believe that the best way for a person to grow in faith is to share life with a few other people.  Zion has several different small group opportunities designed to help people connect with other Christians, serve others, receive encouragement, prayer, support and challenge. Some of the groups include an Exercise group, Women’s and Men’s Bible Study or book group, Sew group, Choir, Prayer Shawl Ministry, A. A., etc.
